Refund policy

All SALES ARE FINAL. Chasing Magnolias Boutiques starting 10/13/2020 will not process refunds or cancellations of unfulfilled orders.

If something is defective with your product before the 30 day mark of having it please email us so we can correct the situation. These are handmade items for children. Children can be rough on them. Keep an eye on your child with clay bows as these are easily broken if thrown or mistreated. Broken clays or missing clays will be replaced only if Chasing Magnolias Boutique has them available. 

Refunds (if applicable for defective items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All clearance items are final sales. Refunds, exchanges and cancellations of unfulfilled orders will not be processed.
