Shipping policy

Current Turn Around Time is 5-7 business days for drops or custom bows. 

If you order more than 3 customs the shipping will be pushed back. This will be discussed upon your purchase. 

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 (starting 10/13/2020 due to USPS increase in shipping rates) for $0-49.99 before taxes for US customers. Shipping will be same amount for overseas APO addresses. After $50 the shipping will be free! Combined shipping is available on multiple orders with a $1.50 fee per refund granted. 

Jessica will update the VIP page when drop logistics are combining and it will be in numerous places on that page. This will extend the Turn Around Time for back to back drops. Please start there for shipping information or email your questions. 

Emails will be answered within 24 hours on business days. 

If your package says it was delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact USPS with your tracking information as I can not do anything more than you can. Once I ship your package it is out of my hand. Remakes are available if the items are in hand. We will work with you to make it right.
